As well as Classical Matt Pilates and as a Health and Wellbeing Coach specialising in Womens health.I believe in walking the walk, and so everything I do with my clients I also practise myself so that I can understand it first hand.I can’t wait to share the magical alchemy of a holistic way of life with you.

I teach group classes at studios in Leigh-on-Sea, Westcliff-on-Sea and Thorpebay. From Beginners Yoga, to Restorative Yin Yoga and Flow classes, I aim to make each session welcoming to all levels - expect different options for each pose, non-judgemental and inclusive language, and space for you to go at your own pace.

If you are new to Yoga or Pilates, want to go deeper, just prefer a private setting or need a specialist session, why not try a Private Class with me. With a wealth of knowledge and experience, I tailor each session to your unique needs.

My area of focus is women’s hormones - specifically in that time before peri-menopause when you start to notice small but significant changes but aren’t yet in the full swing of ‘The Change’ just yet. If this is where you’re at and you’re looking for ways to feel more balanced, I’ve got you. Through simple and effective habit changes, and empowering knowledge you can work with your hormones and bring back some harmony in ALL areas of your life.
